The blossom honey for this exotic beer comes from beautiful Lower Austria and is added during brewing using 3 different processes. The sugar is completely fermented by the yeast so that this #premiumtin is not sweet but only retains the spicy honey character. Dried lavender blossoms round off the taste and ensure a smooth, drinkable result.
Think of honey bread with lavender flowers and lemon peel. Only liquid.
This beer is not a classic Hefeweizen but a filtered American Wheat.
